Ticket Sales

Arbogast Performing Arts Center does not allocate tickets or authorize any other ticket seller, service, broker or agent to sell tickets to our events. If you purchase tickets from anyone other than Arbogast Performing Arts Center, please check the seller's credibility and examine tickets carefully for authenticity.
In Ohio, anyone may buy and resell legitimate tickets. Therefore, buyers should strongly consider the following before purchasing from a third party:

  • Resellers may carry substantial service fees, often much higher than face value. We cannot control the fees someone else may charge for tickets
  • We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through third parties.
  • Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
  • We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.
  • Duplicate, counterfeit or otherwise altered tickets will not be honored for admission to any performance.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

APAC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. All dates, times, programs and artists are subject to change. Special offers cannot be combined with other discounts or previous purchases and certain restrictions apply. No re-entry without ticket.

Seating

There are no stairs to navigate in the front floor section. However, the floor does slope downward toward the stage. The balcony level is accessible via elevator; seating is stadium style and the ability to navigate stairs is necessary.

All balcony seats, except for the back row, require stair access and are not wheelchair accessible. Patrons with walking difficulties or other mobility issues should not select Balcony seating.

Accessible Seating: Seats designated with a bright blue circle are Handicapped Accessible seats. Seats designated with a wheelchair icon are Wheelchair positions and are void of theater seats to allow space for wheelchairs. Please contact the Box Office for further assistance. Terms and Conditions

  • APAC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating venue rules; local, state or federal law; or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management and/or the event producer.

  • Persons entering the venue are subject to search. All bags are subject to search. No backpacks or similar items.
  • No firearms are allowed within the venue or on the venue/school campus parking area, including those carried by concealed permit holders. Security personnel under the direction of management my carry firearms with expressed consent of APAC.

    Weapons of any kind are prohibited. No outside food or beverage products, illegal substances, signs/banners, glow sticks, glitter guns, laser pointers, flashlights or similar products are allowed.
  • No smoking except in designated outside areas including all tobacco products and e-cigarettes or similar products.

  • No flash photography. Some performances prohibit cell phones in the auditorium.
    Video equipment, recording devices, and professional cameras (cameras with detachable lens) are prohibited and subject to confiscation. Exceptions to this include properly credentialed press by artists, media, and those approved to photography directly from the artist/artist management. No IPads or similar large screen tablet devices allowed.
  • Performances at APAC may contain strobe lighting, haze/fog, or similar special effects.

Weather

  • There is a no refund or exchange policy at APAC due to contractual obligations with artists. Rarely is there a cancellation of a performance due to weather. Please note that all performances or cancellations are at the discretion of the artist.

  • Patrons will be notified via email of any changes to a scheduled performance. In addition, please visit our website and social media for updates. Weather related notices that impact a performance are immediately posted. If a show goes on as scheduled we are unable to refund tickets.

  • In the event of inclement weather, please plan to allow ample time to travel and arrive safely. The lobby and cafe opens ninety minutes prior to showtime to accommodate an early arrival.

Health and Wellness Policy

  • Our highest priority continues to be the health and safety of our patrons, staff, volunteers, and artists. Rest assured, the Arbogast Performing Arts Center is taking necessary precautions to create a safe environment as we prepare to welcome guests to the venue.

    As such, we have put in place the following guidelines. Per State of Ohio guidance, masks are welcome, but not required at this time. However the situation is always changing and we will make every attempt to keep you updated as things develop.

    **** PLEASE NOTE GRAND OPENING, OCTOBER 30th In honor of our healthcare workers and first responders in attendance for the night's performance, we encourage you to wear a mask to help protect those who help protect us.

    We request our guests, volunteers and staff to conduct a daily health screening. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. If patrons are showing signs consistent with COVID-19, they are asked to please stay home and contact the Box Office prior to your performance to discuss your options.

    Currently there are no restrictions on seating, we are at full occupancy.  Please be advised this is subject to change prior to the performance date, based on any future mandates. We will make every effort to keep you updated on any changes. We suggest you sign up for email updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable experience while keeping you as safe as possible.

    Surface disinfection happens before and after every performance. Our theater, lobbies and backstage areas are sanitized with an electrostatic sprayer using an EPA approved disinfectant.In addition to following the CDC and State of Ohio guidelines, we are abiding by local,state, and federal governmental executive orders. These procedures were updated on August 11, 2021. Despite our best efforts, we cannot absolutely guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19, flu, colds or other illnesses while at APAC.  

    Please note that an inherent risk of exposure to any virus exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a virus that affects everyone differently. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Please take this into consideration before buying tickets or attending a show. By visiting the Arbogast Performing Arts Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other illness, injury or act of nature.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Arbogast Performing Arts Center personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to the instructions from the Arbogast Performing Arts Center staff.
